Boot Camp FitnessFitness-4-U Boot Camps are run by one of Swindon’s most experienced and qualified Personal Trainers.

These sessions are challenging, so we don't recommend them for those not used to exercise, although we can cater for a wide range of abilities. Generally speaking, if you can jog-walk approximately a mile and a half, you should be able to cope with the boot camp.

No equipment, no fuss, just a fantastic all round workout designed to work all the major muscle groups. You may get your hands dirty so gloves are recommended!
